NOTICE is given that the Authority has reviewed the Programming Code for Broadcasting Services in Kenya whose aim is to set standards for the time and manner of Programs to be broadcasted by the licensees, pursuant to the provisions of the Kenya Information and Communications Act, 1998 (Amended). The effective date of the reviewed 4th Edition of the Programming Code shall be thirty (30) days from the date of this notice. The 4th Edition of the Programming Code is available for free download on the Communications Authority of Kenya (CA) website at https://www.ca.go.ke/market-structure. Dated the 22nd February, 2024.
