TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E32 OF 2023 By (1) Maria Chepkite Asipe and (2) Jacob Ptorus Mkengole, both of P.O. Box 1, Kapenguria in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Chepochemyor Mukengole alias Chepochemyor Kodoki, who died at District Hospital, Kapenguria in Kenya, on 18th December, 2007. THE KENYA GAZETTE 9th February, 2024 CAUSE NO. E33 OF 2023 By Januwar Chomil, of P.O. Box 228, Kapenguria in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Christine Cheposepei alias Christina Chemorio Kirwa, who died at Chepareria, West pokot, on 15th October, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
