E10 OF 2024 By Gervas Odhiambo Agola, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Boaz Okode Nyayal alias Okode Nyayali, who died on 20th October, 2007. CAUSE NO. E11 OF 2024 By Michael Ayalo Onyango, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mathayo Onyango Ooko, who died on 11th June, 1999. CAUSE NO. E13 OF 2024 By (1) Lewnida Atieno Okello and (2) John Paul Okello, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of George Eliud Okongo Kusa alias Okongo Kusa, who died on 23rd August, 2017. CAUSE NO. E14 OF 2024 By (1) Jenifa Ogola, (2) George Okongo and (3) Odoyo Joshwa Okongo, the deceased’s widow and sons, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Festus Okello Kusa, who died on 17th June, 2020. CAUSE NO. E15 OF 2024 By Benard Okongo Sumba, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nehemiah Sumba Okongo, who died on 18th March, 1994.
