TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E205 OF 2023 By Mathew Okoth Omolo, of P.O. Box 236–40601, Bondo in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nicolaus Omolo Rabuogi alias Omolo Rabuogi, who died at Barkowino, on 12th December, 1994. CAUSE NO. E210 OF 2023 By Jenifer Radier, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Arthur Ondifu Opuk alias Arthur Ondifu, who died at Nyamonye Sub-location, on 21st August, 1995. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
