CAUSE NO. E201 OF 2023 By Aloyse Olali Asere, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wilfrida Ochieng Asere, who died on 2nd March, 2021. CAUSE NO. E213 OF 2023 By George Omedo Ndira, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Ndira Chwanya alias John Ndira Chuanya, who died at Gombe, on 16th March, 2006.
