TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E231 OF 2023 By David Odhiambo Gaa, of P.O. Box 1, Ndhiwa in Kenya, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Odhul Akindo alias Adhul Akindo, who died on 20th October, 1974. CAUSE NO. E236 OF 2023 By Boniface Ouko Ogeng’e, of P.O. Box 1, Ndhiwa in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Odhiambo Okweny alias Ogeng’o Ofweny, who died on 11th June, 1999. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
