E145 OF 2023 By Rispa Atieno Akongo, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Richard Owiyo Ute, who died on 3rd December, 1975. CAUSE NO. E181 OF 2023 By Millicent Achieng, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nashon Ogola Njiri alias Ogola Njiri, who died on 17th February, 2002. CAUSE NO. E2 OF 2024 By Fredrick Oluoch Odindo, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joseph Odindo Awasi alias Joseph Odindo, who died on 18th September, 2006. CAUSE NO. E5 OF 2024 By Millicent Anyango Miruka, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Alfred Ogada alias Ogada Ongere, who died on 6th December, 2018. CAUSE NO. E6 OF 2024 By (1) Jenifa Chimba Okach and (2) Nicholas Osir, both of P.O. Box 2104, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s sister and nephew, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gilbert Onyango Adundo, who died on 11th February, 1997.
