TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E280 OF 2023 By Leonard Okello Opiyo, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Eluid Shadrack Onyango, who died at Kakum Kombewa Sub-location, on 13th March, 2020. CAUSE NO. E425 OF 2023 By (1) Risper Akinyi Odhiambo and (2) Evans Ouma Odhiambo, both of P.O. Box 153, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Odhiambo Sewe, who died at Nyajuok Sub-location, on 25th July, 1997. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
