TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E1 OF 2024 By (1) Mary Nasambu Kichana and (2) Beverly Nasambu Kichana, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wycliffe Kichana Amutala alias Wycliffe K. Amutatallah, who died at Kimilili, on 30th March, 2023. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
