TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 460 OF 2023 By Eliud Noah Ambwaya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ambwaya Omindo, who died at Itumbu Sub-location, on 18th September, 1985. CAUSE NO. E31 OF 2024 By Emmah Wayua Omwala, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jamen Omwala Jagona alias Jamin Omwala, who died at Lyaduywa Sub-location, on 8th February, 2023. CAUSE NO. 42 OF 2024 By Duncan Vulimu Agesa, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Thomas Esau Agesa, who died at Kegondi Sub-location, on 16th June, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
