TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 228 OF 2023 By Beatrice Muthoni Mugo, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Geoffrey Mugo Ngari, who died at Siakago Sub-location, on 14th May, 2021. CAUSE NO. E 186 OF 2023 By Titus Nyagah Kanyi, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kanyi Ndaru, who died at Karambari Sub-location, on 26th September, 2007. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
