TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E308 OF 2023 By (1) George Mwangi, (2) Joseph Kinyua and (3) Stephen Maina, all of P.O. Box 1473–10101, Karatina in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Weru Kamotho alias Weru s/o Kamotho, who died at Gacuku Sub-location, on 19th July, 1998. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
