Box 12, Awasi in Kenya, the deceased’s granddaughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Waywa Kisiege alias Wayua Kisiage, who died at Sidho East 11, on 12th November, 1980. CAUSE NO. E391 OF 2023 By Mary Achola Gwaye, of P.O. Box 15, Katito in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gwaye Yoya, who died at Jimo East, on 1st January, 1998. CAUSE NO. E399 OF 2023 By (1) Sisaya Ayoo Onyango, (2) Joel Onyango Kute and (2) Askine Okoth Kadison, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Alice Aoko Onyango alias Alice Onyango, who died on 20th June, 1999. CAUSE NO. E1 OF 2024 By Christina Anyango Oluoch, of P.O. Box 115, Pap Onditi in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Valentinus Oluoch Megomba alias Oluoch Migomba, who died at North Kabodho, on 15th August, 1999. CAUSE NO. E4 OF 2024 By (1) Charles Ondiek Onyuka and (2) Washington Otieno Onyuka, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Abisai Onyuka Okoth alias Onyuka Okoth, who died on 29th April, 2005. CAUSE NO. E12 OF 2024 By (1) Grace Akinyi Ojwang, (2) Joyce Wayua Mbuvi and (3) Milicent Atieno Ojwang, the deceased’s widows, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Reuben Bius Ojwang, who died on 1st January, 2022. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
