TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 462 OF 2023 By Alfonce Obonyo Ambayo, of P.O. Box 83, Mutumbu in Kenya, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jared Musa Ambayo, who died at Lundha, on 10th July, 1992. CAUSE NO. 477 OF 2023 By Alex Aduor Awuor, of P.O. Box 83, Siaya in Kenya, the deceased’s widower, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Theresa Awili Ogaya alias Trizar Anyngo Oduor, who died on 23rd November, 2012. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
