TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E65 OF 2023 By (1) Alfred Wafula Wambongo and (2) Agnes Misanya Egesa, the deceased’s son and sister, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Anna Wambongo Nekesa, who died at Webuye Sub-county Hospital in Kenya, on 5th June, 2023. CAUSE NO. E5 OF 2024 By John Aluya Muchende, of P.O. Box 1438, Naitiri-Mukuyuni in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gladys Nashimiyu A. Muchende, who died at Sikhendu. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
