TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E142 OF 2023 By Samuel Mwangi, of P.O. Box 484, Ngong Hills in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lydiah Kaburo Mwangi, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 19th November, 2022. CAUSE NO. E137 OF 2023 By (1) Judith Maraga Amunga and (2) Oline Loice Anyanga Amunga, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Evans Omboto Amunga, who died at Embali Sub-location, Vihiga, on 9th November, 2021. CAUSE NO. E5 OF 2024 By (1) Carolyne Abish Ouya and (2) Valdo Ng’ong’a Oduor, both of P.O. Box 264–00208, Ngong Hills in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Michael Oduor Ng’ong’a, who died at Nairobi Women Hospital in Kenya, on 21st April, 2023. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
