TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E1 OF 2024 By (1) Janiffer Wachera Maina and (2) Anthony Mbuthia, both of P.O. Box 184–80108, Kilifi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Maina Mwangi, who died at Nairobi, on 1st July, 2021. CAUSE NO. E4 OF 2024 By (1) Monicah Kitoyo Mwagumba and (2) Joyce Mwagumba, the deceased’s widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ben Naftal Mwagumba, who died on 14th October, 2020. CAUSE NO. 13 OF 2024 By Patience Wasai Msangi, of P.O. Box 20–80108, Kilifi in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of William Jefwa Kalama, who died on 1st June, 2000. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
