TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E411 OF 2023 By (1) Osoro Nyakundi and (2) Shadrack Ooga Ontita, the deceased’s brother and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ontita Nyakundi, who died at Igemo Sub-location, on 9th June, 1996. CAUSE NO. 418 OF 2023 By Thomas Ontune, of P.O. Box 3088–40200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ontune Ondiba, who died at Kanyimbo, on 20th December, 1999. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
