TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 426 OF 2023 By Samwel Mageka Ochiki, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ochiki Mageka, who died on 3rd October, 2007. CAUSE NO. E444 OF 2023 By Ann Kwamboka Nyangaresi, of P.O. Box 590–40200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Omwenga Osoro. CAUSE NO. 27 OF 2024 By Pius Momanyi Kombo, of P.O. Box 590–40200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kombo Gesore alias Kombo Gisore, who died on 1st September, 1998. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
