CAUSE NO. E1 OF 2024 By Benedeta Abongo Obonyo, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Obonyo Achola alias Samuel Obonyo Ochola, who died at Majengo, on 27th October, 2001. CAUSE NO. E4 OF 2024 By Margaret Aoko Abongo, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nyamuga Nyambara, who died at Komenya, on 27th October, 2001. CAUSE NO. E10 OF 2024 By Eunice Awino Were, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Andericus Adede, who died at Kajulu, on 21st June, 2008. E16 OF 2024 By Rosline Achieng Miruka, the deceased’s daughter-in-law, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Julius Oyieko Okuku alias Julius Oyieko, who died at Kamagawi, on 17th July, 1970. CAUSE NO. E26 OF 2024 By (1) Charles Ochieng Oreje and (2) Oreje Otieno Dominic, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Oreje Omolo Ogutu, who died at Homa Bay County Teaching and Referral Hospital in Kenya, on 8th November, 2023. CAUSE NO. E27 OF 2024 By Jane Akinyi Adede, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Benson Adede Onyony, who died at Kamagawi, on 15th August, 2008.
