TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E6 OF 2024 By John Otieno Ongito, of P.O. Box 13–40403, Rapogi in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ongito Owuor, who died at Central Kawere, Rateng Sub- location, on 12th May, 1978. CAUSE NO. E7 OF 2024 By Michael Ogiko Oricho, of P.O. Box 13–40403, Rapogi in Kenya, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Oriro Owuor, who died at Central Kawere, Rateng Sub-location, on 10th October, 1977. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
