TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E93 OF 2023 By Nailepu ene Serempo Naeni, the deceased’s beneficiary, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Serempo Naeni Naripany, who died at Olkilorti, on 11th November, 2019. CAUSE NO. E12 OF 2024 By Ipitei Tulasha Sengatare, the deceased’s beneficiary, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ntulasha ole Singatare Sasire, who died at Sajiloni, on 1st May, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
