E39 OF 2023 By Moyani Laon Ngodia, the deceased’s beneficiary, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Laon Parsakaya Ngodia alias Parsakaya Ngodia, who died at Ruanche, on 10th February, 2009. CAUSE NO. E14 OF 2024 By Sekeine ole Moonje, the deceased’s beneficiary, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ponkol ene Maika Olorredai, who died on 26th July, 2023. CAUSE NO. E15 OF 2024 By (1) Agness Tayiana Mpatito, (2) Simei Kobaai and (3) Koin ole Jeremiah Mpatito, the deceased’s beneficiaries, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jeremiah Mpatito Kobaai alias Jeremiah Mpatito Kobari, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 21st April, 2001. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
