E152 OF 2023 By Florence Wanza Musili, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kalondu Musilu Kisilu alias Kalondu Musili Kisiu, who died on 26th April, 1995. CAUSE NO. E159 OF 2023 By Francis K. Ngolo, of P.O. Box 124, Makueni in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Esther Katile Ngolo, who died on 14th July, 2020. CAUSE NO. E232 OF 2023 By (1) Ndinda Nzavi Kithome and (2) Harrismus Kithome Nzavi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samson Savi Kithome, who died on 29th January, 1997. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
