TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E8 OF 2024 By (1) Wandia Musau Mwatu and (2) Benard Kiasyo Musau, both of P.O. Box 1–90140, Matiliku in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Haron Musau Mwatu alias Musau Mwatu, who died on 26th June, 1996. CAUSE NO. E16 OF 2024 By (1) James Mungami Makoma and (2) Nelson Mwania Muungami, both of P.O. Box 1, Makueni in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mungami Makoma Nguyo, who died at District Hospital, Makueni in Kenya, on 16th April, 1984. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
