E151 OF 2023 By (1) Robert Muoka, (2) Jane Mwelu Muoka and (3) Rosemary Nthenya Waema, the deceased’s widow and children respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Solomon Waema Muoka, who died at Kilimambogo Hospital in Kenya, on 1st February, 2017. CAUSE NO. E152 OF 2023 By Josephine Nthunyangumbi, of P.O. Box 759, Tala in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ngumbi Nzau, who died at Kithimani, Machakos County, on 7th June, 2018. CAUSE NO.
