TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E226 OF 2023 By (1) Charity Wangiri Nthiga and (2) Eliud Muthee Nthiga, both of P.O. Box 3, Embu in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jane Marigu Nthiga, who died at Joykim Nursing Home, on 25th July, 2012. CAUSE NO. E14 OF 2024 By Patrick Njue Ernest, of P.O. Box 32, Manyatta in Kenya, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Njagi Ernest, who died at Kairuri, on 23rd March, 2023. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
