TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E3 OF 2024 By Franklin Kamathi Kamau, of P.O. Box 5244–00100, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Janet Ncurubi M’Muguna, who died at Ndalani, on 7th December, 2016. CAUSE NO. E4 OF 2024 By (1) Oswald Gitonga Njagi and (2) Grace Gatakaa Njagi, both of P.O. Box 60928–00200, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jervasio Njagi Mruku alias Jervasio Njagi M’Ruku, who died at Kanyakini, on 8th July, 2023. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
