Box 135–20300, Nyahururu in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kondogut Chemptum Kabirir, who died at Good Hope Medical Centre, on 8th January, 2006. CAUSE NO. 439 OF 2023 By (1) James Gachuru Mbugua and (2) Margaret Wangari Njoroge, both of P.O. Box 80–20302, Ol Joro Orok in Kenya, the deceased’s son and creditor, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Mbugua Munyuko, who died at District Hospital, Nyahururu in Kenya, on 9th December, 2012. CAUSE NO. 472 OF 2023 By Fahad Feisal, of P.O. Box 20, Rumuruti in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Leila Rehema Thuku alias Joyce Ithiru Thuku, who died at Gitothua, on 27th October, 2019. CAUSE NO. 484 OF 2023 By (1) Lucy Wairimu Kimondo and (2) Charles Ihutha Nyambura, both of P.O. Box 2003–20300, Nyahururu in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jane Nyambura Rama alias Nyambura Premchad, who died at Gathanyi, Ndaragwa, on 21st March, 1986. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
