E3 OF 2024 By Esther Njeri Kimani, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Geoffrey Kimani Maina, who died at Kanyiriri Sub-location, on 11th November, 2021. CAUSE NO. E4 OF 2024 By (1) Chege Njuguna Stephen and (2) Hannah Wanja Njuguna, both of P.O. Box 51, Kiambu in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stephen Njuguna Hezekiah Njage, who died at Naivasha, on 26th November, 1992. CAUSE NO. E8 OF 2024 By Nancy Wanjiku Mwaniki, of P.O. Box 32–00900, Kiambu in Kenya, the deceased’s sister, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Muthee, who died at Mathare, on 18th January, 2018. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
