TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E72 OF 2024 By Bradley Ababu Abwasi, of P.O. Box 43–50100, Kakamega in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of GerishomLikhayo Abwasi alias Gerishom Abwasi Likayo, who died at Shiyunzu, on 9th November, 2015. CAUSE NO. E77 OF 2024 By Zebedayo Shikwekwe Daraja, of P.O. Box 1–50136, Matete in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Daraja Kakai alias Daracha Kaikai, who died at Cheptuli Sub-location, on 23rd October, 2006. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
