CAUSE NO. E33 OF 2024 By Bonface Ateya Kubende, of P.O. Box 901, Mumias in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Seferio Kubende Ateya alias Kubende Ateya, who died at Indangalasia, on 7th February, 2003.
