TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E179 OF 2023 By Janice Achieng Osawa, the deceased’s granddaughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Pancraisus Wandu Owiti alias Wandu Owiti, who died at Kajulu Kodero Sub- location, on 5th August, 1997. CAUSE NO. E709 OF 2023 By Millicent Awino Juma, of P.O. Box 4373–40100, Kisumu in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Juma Omanje, who died at Port Florence Hospital, Kisumu in Kenya, on 24th January, 2023. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
