E162 OF 2023 By (1) Holger Voss, of Niesigerstrasse 122-36039, Fulda and (2) Peter Muinde, of Uranstrape 8-65428, the deceased’s widower and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Winfred Wambui Muli, who died at Fulda, on 12th November, 2021. CAUSE NO. E192 OF 2023 By Shadrack Tembo Said, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwarundu Mwalimu alias Mwarudo Mwalimu, who died on 21st January, 1991. CAUSE NO. E193 OF 2023 By Erastus Said Mwalimu, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Saidi Mwalimu Said alias Said Mwalimu Said, who died on 7th October, 2010. CAUSE NO. E194 OF 2023 By Calypso Chilumo Mwalimu, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Chilumo Mwambule Mwalimu alias Mwabule Mwalimu, who died on 15th March, 1970. CAUSE NO. E195 OF 2023 By Emmanuel Guro Washe, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Chipira Mwalimu alias Kipira Mwalimu, who died on 18th December, 1978. CAUSE NO. E196 OF 2023 By Morris Mbaga Washe, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwasambu Mwalimu, who died on 8th September, 1982. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
