Box 27–80407, Shimba Hills in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Matia Muli, who died at Port Reitz Hospital in Kenya, on 11th June, 2021. E202 OF 2023 By Raziabanu Ebrahimji Karimji, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ebrahimjee Karimjee Rehmanjee, who died at Kisauni, Mombasa, on 26th August, 1975. 9th February, 2024 THE KENYA GAZETTE CAUSE NO. E2 OF 2024 By (1) Elenorah Wakesho Mwashigire, (2) Juliana Wasai Mwashigire and (3) Lucy Mkiwa Nyambu, the deceased’s daughters, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwashigire Mwakidedere Mwakunjo, who died at Nyolo Sub- location, on 29th May, 2007. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
