TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E43 OF 2023 By Janet Cherono Rotich, of P.O. Box 489–20200, Kericho in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kipsoi arap Bargak, who died on 1st January, 1985. CAUSE NO. E45 OF 2023 By (1) Caroline Cherotich Komuilong and (2) Benard Cheruiyot Chepkwony, both of P.O. Box 158, Kericho in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Selly Komuilong Chepkwony, who died on 25th June, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
