NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 8th January, 2024, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 171, in Volume DI, Folio 02/10, File No. MMXXIV, by our client, Jane Kariba, of P.O. Box 13607–20100, Nakuru in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Grace Neema Kariba, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Grace Neema Kariba, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Jane Kariba, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Jane Kariba only.
