NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 11th October, 2023, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 341, in Volume DI, Folio 1328/3564, File No. MMXXIII, by our client, Ihimi Biketi, of P.O. Box 536–20115, Egerton in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Michael Wanyama, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Michael Wanyama, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Ihimi Biketi, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Ihimi Biketi only.
