NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 15th September, 2023, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 408, in Volume DI, Folio 384/3774, File No. MMXXIII, by our clients, (1) Deng Changwu and (2) Alice Njeri Mbugua (guardians), both of P.O. Box 4215–00200, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, on behalf of Anna Deng (minor), formerly known as Anna Wangari, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Anna Wangari, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Anna Deng, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Anna Deng only.
