NOTICE is issued pursuant to the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya and following an order by the Chief Magistrates Court at Maua, under Miscellaneous Case No. E2 of 2024, to the owners of the motorcycles and motor- vehicles at Maua Police Station within seven (7) days from the date of this publication of this notice, failure to which Autoland Auctioneers Mombasa shall proceed to dispose of the said motor cycles and motor- vehicles, by way of public auction on behalf of Maua Police Station, if they remain uncollected/ unclaimed.
