NOTICE is issued pursuant to the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act Cap. 38 of the laws of Kenya and following an order by the Chief Magistrates Court at Shanzu Law Courts; under Miscellaneous Case No. E10 of 2024, to the owners of the motorcycles; tuktuk and other assorted items at Bamburi Police Station within seven (7) days from the date of the publication of this notice; failure to which Autoland Auctioneers, Mombasa shall proceed to dispose of the said motor cycles; tuktuk and other assorted items by way of public auction on behalf of Bamburi Police Station; if they remain uncollected/ unclaimed.
