REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Mohamed Hussein Absura (deceased), is registered proprietor of all that piece of land registered as Kwale/Tiwi/1991, situate in the district of Kwale, and whereas in the Kadhi’s Court at Kwale in Succession Cause No. E458 of 2023, has vested the property to Mealii Abdalla Mwadzichiya, and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to the said Mohamed Hussein Absura (deceased) has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall reconstruct a new land title deed provided that no valid objection has been received within that period.
