REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Shaban Rashid Mwajao (deceased), is registered proprietor of all that piece of land registered as Kwale/Ukunda/732, situate in the district of Kwale, and whereas in the Kadhi’s Court at Msambweni in Succession Cause No. E23 of 2021, has vested the property to (1) Mwalimu Shaban Mwajao, (2) Omar Shaban Mwabebe, (3) Sofia Shabani Mwajao and (4) Tatu Shabani Mwajao, and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to the said Shaban Rashid Mwajao (deceased) has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall reconstruct a new land title deed provided that no valid objection has been received within that period.
