REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Mbengei Kilonzo Nthyiku alias Mbengei Kilonzo Thyuku (deceased), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land containing 3.85 hectares or thereabout, known as Kinyatta/Ikombe “B”/27, situate in the county of Machakos, and whereas the Principal Magistrate’s Court at Kithimani in Succession Cause No. 47 of 2020, has issued grant of letters of administration to Thomas Mwau Mbengei (ID/1437003), and whereas the said Thomas Mwau Mbengei, has executed L.R.A. 39 for registration, and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed for the said piece of land have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of L.R.A. 39 to Thomas Mwau Mbengei, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Mbengei Kilonzo Nthyiku alias Mbengei Kilonzo Thyuku (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
