GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 1207

WHEREAS Sospeter Kavanda Kavuro alias Sospeter Kavanda alias Jospeter Kavanda Kavuro alias Joseph Kavanda Kavuro (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.81 hectare or thereabouts, known as Kyeni/Mufu/3640, situate in the district of Embu, and whereas the Principal Magistrate’s Court at Runyenjes in Succession Cause No. E114 of 2012, has directed that the said piece of land be registered in the name of Zakayo Wamahiu Kaburu (ID/0351134), as administrator to the estate of Sospeter Kavanda Kavuro alias Sospeter Kavanda alias Jospeter Kavanda Kavuro alias Joseph Kavanda Kavuro (deceased), and whereas all the efforts made to recover the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land by the Land Registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided that no objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said grant document and issue land title deed to the said Zakayo Wamahiu Kaburu (ID/0351134) as administrator, and upon such registration the 2nd February, 2024 THE KENYA GAZETTE land title deed issued earlier to Sospeter Kavanda Kavuro alias Sospeter Kavanda alias Jospeter Kavanda Kavuro alias Joseph Kavanda Kavuro (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
