THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(No. 3 of 2012)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Ezekiel Gakinda (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 1.21 hectares or thereabout, known as Kyeni/Mufu/1242, situate in the district of Embu, and whereas the Senior Principal Magistrate’s Court at Runyenjes in Succession Cause No. E120 of 2022, has directed that the said piece of land be registered in the name of Ferista Njoka Ezekiel, as administrator to the estate of Ezekiel Gakinda (deceased), and whereas all the efforts made to recover the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land by the Land Registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided that no objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said grant document and issue land title deed to the said Ferista Njoka Ezekiel (ID/3708309) as administrator, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to Ezekiel Gakinda (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
