REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Kairu Kamoni (deceased), is registered proprietor of all those pieces of land containing 0.22, 0.28 and 0.28 hectare or thereabouts, respectively, known as Loc.15/Gathuke-Ini/1608, 1610 and 1611, situate in the district of Murang’a, and whereas in the Principal Magistrate’s Court at Murang’a in Succession Cause No. 669 of 2018, has issued grant and confirmation letters to Nelson Mwangi Kairu (ID/0437968), whereas all efforts to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land register for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said grant document and issue the land title deed to the said Nelson Mwangi Kairu (ID/0437968), and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Kairu Kamoni (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
