WHEREAS Joseph Karomo Njoroge (ID/3089337), is the registered proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.609, hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Kajiado, registered under title No. Loitokitok/Emperon/3445, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said green card issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall reconstruct a new green card, provided that no valid objection has been received within that period.
