REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Tracy Wambui Njau (ID/40407529), (2) Kenneth Peter Njau and (3) John Kariuki Kanyotu, all of P.O. Box 9156– 00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, as administrators of the estate of Sandra Gathoni Kanyotu (deceased), are the registered proprietors of all that piece of land known as Escarpment/Kinari Block 1/1481, situate in the district of Kiambu, and whereas the land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed, and whereas efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the land register shall be reconstructed provided that no objection has been received within that period.
