REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Ali Chuba, (2) Asha Nifusi Chuba and (3) Swauriqy Chuba, as administartors of the estate of Chuba Bakari Hamisi (deceased), all of P.O. Box 84546–80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors in freehold interest of all that piece of land containing 0.1011 hectare or thereabouts, known as 1059/III/MN, situate within Kilifi Municipality in Kilifi County, registered as C.R. 19881/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the deed file register in respect of the title has been lost or destroyed, and whereas the owner has executed a deed of indemnity in favour of the Government, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof provided that no objection has been received within that period, I intend to proceed with the registration of the said instrument of indemnity and reconstruct the deed file title register as provided under section 33 (5) of the Act and remove the restriction as provided under the Act.
